Evergreen Valuation Services (EVS) prepares appraisal and market studies for all property types across the country, with a focus on all types of multifamily housing.  In 2005, EVS was formed as a d/b/a of David L. Pallante & Associates, LLC, which was founded in 1992.  The goal of EVS was to establish a boutique real estate valuation and consulting firm with an ability to serve clients on a national basis.  Our firm is headquartered in Houston, with satellite offices in Denver, Detroit, Austin, and Bonita Springs (SW Florida)
